Almost 39 weeks |
So hows staying home all day?...BORING!! I do not enjoy staying home, I get bored and lonely at home, I can clean the home only so many times, I have tried to get projects for me to do, but somehow TV or the computer distracts me =/ I would much rather be going to work. I think that when I was working time seemed to go by faster, now that I am not working and just staying home it kind of makes this whole pregnancy thing last longer. This week I will do better, I have made an actual list of things I will do this week to keep me busy and entertained. =) Hope it works. I try to tell myself to enjoy these moments at home alone because before long I will no longer have them. Rusty and I have been saying recently how "this" being the life with just him and I, as it has been for the past 8 years, will be no more here in a week or so. We keep reminiscing and talking about how we have had a great 8 years to get to know each other, and have spent lots of time together, and "this" chapter is coming to the end only to start the next one. We talk a lot about how we are going to be as parents, but I do think that talking about it and actually doing it is very different! We shall see.
I feel bad I will use Heidi for entertainments, here s a blurry pic of me placing cheese its on her back and she has to try to get it!! I am so mean lol. Rusty takes me to the driving range, which I actually like. I don't participate because I am sure my belly will get in the way, but I have gone before and have enjoyed it. Golf is a lot harder than it looks. After we (he) was finished we went to Dicks to look at clubs and golf accessories, and we found golf clubs and bags for kids, as young as 2. Rusty and I were very excited. I don't think that it would be worth getting for a 2 year old, but maybe when she is older like 4 or 5 she can learn to play golf. They are so cute and so small, so many cool things for kids. =)
Yesterday was Easter, we had a nice day with the family, yummy meal and watched my two nephews hunt for eggs, Anthony of course found majority of the eggs, John was more interested in the items inside the eggs, the candy. Then after our meal we played the wii for 4 hours with each other, I am wii'ed out!!This Easter was a bit funny in the fact that we all went to different churches, my sister and her family went to their church in Liberty, my parents and sister went to the church down the road to them, and Rusty and I went to St. Therese close to Parkville. Not too sure why this happened this year. But doing this was good, Rusty and I both enjoyed the church and experience, we are trying to find a church we both will enjoy, being that we are different religions we have both agreed to be open and try and go to churches of both religions until we find one that we like.
Sorry nothing too interesting, but I am sure the next post will be VERY interesting, title- "SHE'S HERE!!"
