Family Visit

  This past weekend we had a great visit from Rusty's mom and dad. His dad was back from overseas for a visit. I am glad they can to spend time with the girls and us, the girls enjoy their Nana and Papa time. I also enjoy especially because my mother in law usually has a honey do list that Papa helps Rusty out with, the deal is when they get the to do list completed they get to go golfing, perfect little set up. So we had a nice cut and trimmed back yard, Sophia's slide finally got set up, and we have a stone paver off the deck to prevent Heidi from tearing up grass from when she takes off. 

    Friday we had a bbq at the house, and Saturday we had plans to meet Papa's friend he worked with overseas who now lives in Kansas City for dinner at Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse, unfortunately I had to work Sat AM but made it to dinner just in time. It was the first time Papa ate at a place like this, he enjoyed the cooking in front of you. Sophia I guess was doing well eating until the chef did the whole show with the fire, Nana said after that she was leery of all things to follow and stopped eating from that point on. Towards the end she enjoyed seeing the act, and really enjoyed seeing us all catch the flying shrimp. Sunday PM I had to work so they all came into have dinner before they had to leave early Monday morning. It was nice to see them at work, but sad to see them leave again. Looking forward to our next visit.
